The 2030 Comprehensive Plan is the long range plan that guides future land use and development decisions for the Village. The plan includes the Village Center Master Plan, the Transit Improvement Plan, the Ferson-Otter Creek Watershed Plan, and the Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan as appendices.
The Land Use Plan Map reflects the planned land uses within South Elgin and the planning area through 2030.
