Municipal Annex Rain Garden

This area is just south of the Municipal Annex between the building and SEBA Park. The Rain Garden was completed in conjunction with a shoreline stabilization project completed between the Municipal Annex and the Fox River. The area is home to native plantings which bloom each year. During the summer months, the Rain Garden becomes home to butterflies and grass hoppers. The Rain Garden is a water shed for water coming off of Middle Street and the Annex west and south parking lots. The water is cooled before it runs into the Fox River.
