Going on vacation for a bit and would like the Police to keep an eye on your house? No problem – we got it! The Police Department offers a Vacation House Watch program for residents who may be leaving home for more than a day or two. Officers will periodically check on your home for up to a maximum of 30 days. The information provided to the Police Department is kept confidential and is stored and maintained in our secure databases which can be accessed by our police officers and Tri-Com Central Dispatch, via our computer aided dispatch (CAD) system and the Frontline Public Safety Solutions’ Vacation House Watch database. To register for a Vacation / House watch complete the form online here: Frontline Public Safety Solutions’ Vacation House Watch.

Please note: this program is only available for residential properties that are temporarily vacated by its occupants and is limited to 30 calendar days. Residential properties where another person is ‘house-sitting’ are also excluded from the vacation watch program. If you would like to make us aware of a property that may be subject to criminal activity, please contact us directly.
