Planning & Zoning Applications

Applicants that are interested in developing a master planned development, a planned development or plans to annex land must schedule a meeting to receive the necessary application materials.  

Projects requesting a zoning map amendment, subdivision, variance or special use permit are required to apply for a land use opinion report.  Applicants are responsible for completing the appropriate Kane-DuPage Water and Soil Conservation Land Use Opinion Form.  Attach the completed land use opinion form to your application packet prior to submitting the application to the Village.
