An old quarry in the past, this area is known for its natural beauty and fishing opportunities. A variety of fish, can be found in the Fox River, including northern, blue gill, crappie, small and large mouth bass, and carp. Examples of many of these species are available for viewing in a fresh water aquarium in the lobby of the Municipal Annex lobby (1 West State Street).
