Are you a business owner or manager of a business in the Village? If so, it is critically important to make sure your business’ contact and key holder list is up-to-date with the Village. Why is this important? It’s common that unfortunate events occur outside of normal business hours where police officer or fire fighters need to notify the business of the event (i.e. a burglary, a fire, an alarm, etc.) or request information that is specific to the business in order to safely and quickly handle the matter at hand involving the business. The information provided to the Police Department is kept confidential and is stored and maintained in our secure databases which can be accessed by our police officers and Tri-Com Central Dispatch, via our computer aided dispatch (CAD) system and the frontline Public Safety Solutions’ Business Key Holders database.
