The division maintains the confidentiality and integrity of all police documents and are responsible for the processing, distribution and retention of department documents, including incident reports, arrest and criminal history information, traffic citations, warrants, crash reports, ordinance violations, etc. Staff complies with all Village, Department, State and Federal laws, guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
